Court bookings must be made through our approved booking system or another booking method provided by Padel Powerhouse.
You are responsible for checking that the location, date, time and other booking details are correct before completing your booking.
A booking is confirmed once confirmation has been provided by the applicable booking system.
Bookings may be processed through third-party booking platforms, including Playtomic.
Your use of a third-party booking platform may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
Prices are displayed during the relevant booking or purchasing process.
Prices may vary depending on:
Location
Date
Time
Availability
Membership status
Events or promotional offers
We reserve the right to change prices in the future.
Price changes will not normally affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
Cancellation and amendment policies may vary depending on the booking and booking provider.
The cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please follow the instructions provided by the booking platform.
Customers should arrive in sufficient time for their booking.
Customers must leave the court at the end of their booked session so that the next booking can begin on time.
Customers must use the courts, equipment and surrounding facilities responsibly.
Customers must follow reasonable instructions from Padel Powerhouse staff and comply with applicable venue rules.
Customers must not intentionally damage the courts, equipment or property.
Padel and other sports activities involve physical activity and an element of risk.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate.
Players should use appropriate footwear and follow safe playing practices.
Any accident, injury or unsafe condition should be reported to venue staff as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Where equipment is provided or hired, it must be used responsibly and returned as instructed.
Customers may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from loss or damage caused by misuse.
Opening hours and facilities may vary between Padel Powerhouse locations.
We may occasionally need to close a court or location because of:
Maintenance
Weather
Safety concerns
Operational issues
Events
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, affected customers will be informed.
The Burnham location is situated at:
George Pitcher Memorial Ground, Burnham, SL1 8DL
The Burnham location currently provides two outdoor padel courts.
No pickleball is available at the Burnham location.
Coaching is also not currently offered at this location.
The planned Chesham Moor location is expected to provide:
One padel court
One pickleball court
The opening date, opening hours and booking availability will be confirmed when the location is ready to open.
Parking arrangements may vary between locations.
At the Burnham location, on-site parking is currently available for £1 for the day, subject to the applicable parking terms and conditions.
Customers must follow all displayed parking instructions.
